Penske PC1-Cosworth during practice for the U. S. Grand Prix at Watkins
Glen, NY, 10/6/74. He started 14th and retired after 27 laps with a
broken rear suspension. Out of retirement to drive F1, Donohue was
fatally injured less than a year later. |
